What to do with the md5
?
The md5 allows to check if the file has not been corrupted during
transfer.
To compute the md5, the command "md5sum" has to be used. This command
is standard on most Unix systems. For Windows, use
md5sum.exe.
Then, just execute "md5sum filename". For example
"md5sum file.tgz". The result have
to be the same
as the content of the file file.md5.
If this is not the case,
try downloading again the file (for example from a mirror site,
listed at the bottom of this page).
